Cox to address the East Wayne County Chamber

The East Wayne County, MO Chamber of Commerce will host a public membership meeting on Thursday, October 22 at 7:00 p.m. at the Historic Greenville Community Center and Museum. The guest speaker for the evening will be Jeanette Cox, President of the Williamsville Area Association of Senior Citizens, Inc., doing business at the Wayne County Nutrition Center, located in Williamsville, Missouri.

Computer classes offered at the Nutrition Center!

Computer classes offered at the Nutrition Center! There are 10 classes, lasting 1-1 1/2 hours, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Classes will be Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning Oct. 13. Last class will be Nov. 12. If you attend 8 out of the 10 classes, you will receive a free Windows laptop! Sign up today; space is limited!!!

Instead of sending your state tax dollars to Jefferson City, you can reinvest them right here at home.
Through the Missouri Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP), local businesses, farm owners, and landlords can redirect their Missouri tax liability to the Wayne County Nutrition Center and receive a 70% Missouri State Tax Credit.

For Seniors:

Our mission is to provide nutritious meals to seniors, allowing them to remain in their home for as long as possible. Nutrition is a vital part to good health. We offer hot meals to those in town, and frozen meals to those in outlying areas. We also offer help to obtain other services. We are a distribution center for senior commodity boxes, which provides basic staples for individuals or families.

For Others (all ages)

The Nutrition Center serves non-seniors as well with the in-house dining. Everyone is welcome to dine with us. We also have a restaurant menu, as a fundraiser, where you may order other lunch items.
